    SWWS has demonstrated sustainability of its Programme during 20 years of its existence. It has never happened that an activity stopped after termination of a project. The reason probably is that we have our own target group-the poor women of the area.

    SWWS also received best performance award from President of Pakistan on Health Services in 2002. SWWS Also received best performance award from Government of NWFP on human rights in 2002. Similarly received regional award on entrepreneurship and also received best national award on best practitioner from city group during 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2013.

Support With Working Solution (SWWS) was established in 1992. It was registered with the social welfare Department, Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, Pakistan, and also applied for registration to SECP under section 42 of Companies act, bearing registration No.DSW/NWFP/692.

SWWS’s Vision

Through an integrated approach, the Society wishes to beget social and economical uplift of the society, specially the poor. This could create an environment in which destitute may be able to revamp their lives through the equitable and sustainable use of resources.

Our Mission

Socio economic Development of rural poor with special focus on women in target districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 2015.

SWWS’s Goals:

The specific goal of SWWS is to attain socio-economic development of the women and below poverty line people in the rural areas of KPK province.



Water

Construction of wells and reservoirs; installation of pumps; installation or repairs and upgrade of pipe schemes; establishment of maintenance committees.

Health

Rehabilitation and improvement of existing public health facilities serving the rural population of Pakistan. Rehabilitation and improvement can include: Structural repairs; construction of additional rooms; repairs and upgrades of water and sanitation systems; repairs of electrical systems; small scale procurement of basic medical equipment, furniture and ceiling fans.

Education

Rehabilitation and improvement of existing basic education facilities serving the rural population of Pakistan; establishment of school committees. Rehabilitation and improvement can include: Structural repairs; construction of additional rooms; repairs and upgrades of water and sanitation systems; repairs of electrical systems; small scale procurement of furniture and ceiling fans.

Sanitation

Construction or repair of latrines and sewerage drainage and disposal; garbage collection and/or disposal points; hygiene training. Note: For all water and sanitation projects, drainage systems and hygiene education shall form an integral part of the project
